Two possible causes.

1) This is usually caused by our tracking code getting blocked from loading by your browser. If you are using any plugins such as Ghostery or Ad-block, you should white list your own websites so they don't block anything from loading on your own website. You will also need to white list the domains 'clicky.com' and 'in.getclicky.com'.

2) The other cause may be that you're trying to view heatmaps for a date/range longer than 5 months ago. We only store heatmap data for the previous 5 months, plus the current month. So if you're trying to view heatmaps for a date prior to that, no data will be available.
