Almost all search engines mask the search query from the referrer string, which means no third party trackers can see what the visitor searched for.

We will show this as "[secure search]" in reports. Other services may call this something else, for example "(Not provided)".

If you run ads, some search engines will append the search query to your landing page URLs with a utm_term parameter, which Clicky will backfill into the referrer string.
