For visitors with only one page view and no pings logged, we have no way of knowing how long they were actually on your website. As a safe default, we report 10 seconds as the time online in this case.

"Pinging" requires a premium account, so if you are on the free plan, all of your single page view visitors will have a reported time online of 10 seconds.
