Delayed reports

Twitter heavily throttles their API so we can only grab fresh results every so often. As of March 2013 there are about 10,000 unique searches setup by our customers. With this many searches to send to their API, most searches are only updated about once every 2 hours.

If we could make this as close to real time as possible, we would, but Twitter has repeatedly ignored our requests to let us pay them handsomely for unmetered access to their search API.
