Credit card

Any failed payment from a credit card will immediately cancel the subscription on our end. We'd prefer to try to rebill the card a few days later but our payment processor's recurring billing doesn't allow this.

When the subscription is canceled, you'll get an email about it and we give you 7 days to re-upgrade your account. If those 7 days lapse without payment, then your account will revert to free status.

If you plan to use Clicky long term, it is imperative you keep your subscription active, as you may be subject to pricing changes that have occurred since you originally signed up for payment.
