My domain name recently changed

Clicky validates traffic against the registered domain and (optional) mirrors you have entered into your site preferences. If the domains don't match, the traffic is ignored. A domain name change is a common cause for traffic to stop logging. Just go into your site preferences and update the domain and/or mirrors in there.

Note: as long as your web site is registered as the 'root' domain, e.g. 'mysite.com' instead of 'www.mywebsite.com', sub-domains are automatically supported.
